Dr Christine Grant has been researching remote working since 2006, following the completion of her PhD in 2011 she continues to publish new scales and measures in this area and has many published papers plus a book on Agile working and Wellbeing in the Digital Age. 

Dr Grant has worked on many projects including the development of a self-efficacy scale for remote workers with Dr Tramontano, an e work- wellbeing scale led by Dr Charalampous and most recently the funded *’Remote4All’ project that has researched disabled and/or neurodivergent remote workers (see animation).
